Check-in & check-out
- Check-in is after 3:00 PM. We’ll do our best to accommodate early arrivals, but door codes do not activate before 11:00 AM.
- Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Your door code expires automatically at check-out time.
- Check-in is contactless: your personal door code is emailed to you the day before arrival. If you need to check in another way, call us in advance.
Cancellations
- Reservations booked directly with us may be cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice before arrival.
- Reservations made through a third-party site (Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com and others) must be cancelled through that site and are subject to its terms, which typically require 48 hours’ notice.
House rules
- Minimum age: the guest renting the room must be at least 21 years old and present a valid photo ID on request.
- Non-smoking: all rooms are non-smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping and marijuana. Smoking in a room carries a $250 cleaning fee.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of guests who are resting before an early start.
- Damage: guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property beyond normal wear and tear, and for any missing items. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the card on file.
Pets & service animals
- All rooms are pet friendly. The pet fee is $20 per night.
- Service animals are always welcome at no charge; the pet fee does not apply.
- Please don’t leave pets unattended in a way that disturbs other guests, and clean up after them on the property.

Housekeeping
Our rooms are self-catering — there’s no daily housekeeping service. Each room is stocked with enough linens for two days; for longer stays, just let us know when you need fresh towels or linens.
Parking & security
Park in front of your room. Trailers, boats and large trucks may park along the south side of the building. The property is monitored by security cameras.
