How we use text messages to help with your stay.
What we send
When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts from The Sage Motel, we may send you text messages about your reservation and stay — for example booking confirmations, check-in details and door codes, reminders, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately opt in to them.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your reservation and conversations with us — typically a few messages per stay.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for text messages.
Opting out & help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or call us at 307-326-8339.
- If you opt out, we’ll still be able to reach you by email about your reservation.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages and operate our reservations. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
